Our 2022 Grand Design IMAGINE Ultra Lite PREMIUM Travel Trailer is 28 feet. It sleeps six people, depending on how cozy you want to be. The heater and AC keep you comfortable. Smart TV, you can connect with WIFI to your phone and watch youtube and other apps from the internet.
Full propane tanks are added to the rental—no need to refill them upon return.
We add a dump fee to your rental, so you don’t need to worry about dumping the tanks; you can leave that part to us.
Pick-up and drop-off times are negotiable.
This well-cared trailer will give your family memories to last a lifetime! We appreciate you renting our trailer.
Please note that we do require towing brakes. We have a hitch to use with load levelers for safety.

The Front Queen bed is comfortable and has clean sheets and pillows. The back bunks have a lower sheet, but you will need your pillows and extra blankets/sleeping bags.
We also have the option of adding a powered Generator to your rental. We supply a full tank of gas.
I also provide Coffee, hand soap, and basic toiletries.

Delivery is available depending on location. The day/time will be $150 up to 10 Miles.

RENTAL RULES:	RENTAL RULES::✔️Minimum renter age of 25 ✔️No pets allowed ✔️No smoking allowed ✔️Drivers have to have the insurance required and make sure not expired, if the driver is in an accident or damaged RV trailer, driver insurance will be coverage damage ✔️Cleaning: cleaning fee optionally, make sure if you did not pay cleaning, please clean RV trailer Inside and outside, if you drive on dust need to pressure washing, please ✔️A speed limit of 55 maximum is required for saving life and the wheel keeps in excellent condition. Thank you ✔️The late return fee may be an additional $100 charge Pet: Pets are NOT allowed in any RV. If there is evidence of pet fur, stains, or scratches including the smell, there will be a minimum charge of $500.00 fee. The renter is responsible for the cost of any damage caused by pets. Plus, Cleaning fees will apply, starting at 75.00 dollars an hour. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in any RV. If evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of cigarette smoke or wood smoke, there will be a minimum charge of $750.00 for cleaning and deodorizing the RV. Nightly Mileage Included 200 Additional Mileage Fee $1
CANCELLATION POLICY:	* Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the web service fee of $99, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. * Less than 30 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable. * A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least seven days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within seven days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is canceled during a grace period, a full refund, including the web service fee, will be granted.
